Abdomen is a Dutch trio known for their gritty, emotionally-charged sound. The band is fronted by vocalist and guitarist Peter van Beets, which is an awesome rock star name! They recently released their latest album “Yes, I Don’t Know” In February 2025 under FatCat Records.
Abdomen is one of those bands that you can’t quite pick out their immediate influences. Mayhem compares them to The Doors for Peter’s haunting crooning, and The Horrors due to their complex wall of sound. In reality, the band have tapped into the perfect balance of noise, emotion, and raw power.
